Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Thank you for shopping with Darlux Design. Each item is individually produced according to your personal wishes and specifications.

1. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom products

As all of our products (e.g. acrylic logos, wall art, awards, keychains, stickers, etc.) are custom-made and individually produced for each customer, the statutory right of withdrawal under EU law does not apply.

This means that returns and refunds are excluded unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds in case of defects or damages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@darlux-design.de with photos of the product and packaging.

Once your case is reviewed and approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

3. Refund method

Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer). Depending on your bank/payment provider, this may take up to 5–10 business days.
