All orders at Darlux Design are custom-made and produced individually according to your specifications.

1. Production time

Before shipping, each product is manufactured and carefully checked.

Production time: 4–7 business days (depending on complexity and order volume).

2. Shipping methods

We exclusively ship with DHL as a reliable logistics partner.

All shipments include tracking, which will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated delivery times (after production)

- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union (EU): 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 10–21 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and international shipping conditions.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination country and order size.
